Intern Program

This program helps to train youths who are taking a technical university course through initiatives focused on training, development, follow-up and exposure to activities that enable practical application of the concepts learned at university. Our intern program is a source to recruit and retain talented youths in our company. The maximum duration of the program is twenty-four (24) months.

Trainee Program

By means of the Trainee program, we strive to develop professionals with potential to occupy key positions in the company. We endeavor to attract, identify and train talented youths that are focused on results, passion, team work, broad vision, attitude, who are able towork in a unique and better manner and who seek and exchange knowledge on a continual basis.  The maximum duration of the program is twenty-four (24) months.
