The UK FSI Programme is part of UK Governments response to the global economic downturn. The UK Fiscal Stimulus Initiative helps UK-based companies capitalise on business opportunities arising from major overseas spending programmes. Launched in May 2011, the strategy supports UK exporters and inward investors over the next five years.

Origin is registered with the UKTI High Value Opportunities (HVO) programme which we aim to capitalise by use of the new approach to identify, prioritise and support our organisation to access large scale overseas procurement opportunities worth billions and range from major infrastructure, manufacturing and engineering, through to big supply or value chain opportunities.

Through use of our global network of Channel Partners, UKTI and Export Credit Guarantee Department support, Origin Invest will :

Support its Channel Partners in developing and implementing strategies to win contracts in and around HVOs;
Bring together expertise from across our network, alongside private sector business specialists.
Build strong relationships with key UK businesses able to deliver against these opportunities, facilitating the development of partnerships/consortia where appropriate.
